Matt regularly speaks, writes and collaborates with his colleagues and other wine/vineyard/hospitality industry members about developments in these business sectors and related legal issues, strategies for fostering productive business relationships (and, therefore, useful contracts) and the best methods for avoiding and/or navigating disputes. Matt was named in 2004 and continues to serve as a member of the Planning Committee for the Wine Industry Symposium Group, which plans and organizes the annual Vineyard Economics Seminar and Wine Industry Financial Symposium in Napa.
